Technology
G.A. CAM is a Patents-Pending Dual-Camera Stroboscopic Photography Launch Monitor incorporating Focaltron’s long standing reputation of accuracy and ease of use. G.A. CAM utilizes strobe-flash photography to capture and measure sequential images of a golf ball, microseconds after impact. G.A. CAM’s dual camera arrangement enables it to reduce the parallax viewing error inherent in existing single-camera launch monitor systems. This reduction in parallax viewing error provides superior ability in azimuth accuracy, improving ball speed and launch angle measurements. Accuracy in these launch parameter measurements is critical to obtaining accurate ball flight predictions. G.A. CAM measures and reports on a wide array of launch statistics, making it ideal for practice, teaching, and club-fitting.
